get a 22mm crows foot wrench, a bunch of extensions and a universal joint. Or, you could buy an O2 sensor socket instead of the crows foot wrench. For the driver's side O2 sensor, I went from the top using a long extension (about 20"), a universal joint, and a short extension (about 6"). Have your buddy underneath the car hold the crows foot wrench on the sensor as you turn from above. The passenger side one is a piece of cake... just remove the battery to give you more clearance. Use lots of liquid wrench and let it soak on the sensors for at least 1/2 an hour (I used a long hose in order to feed the liquid wrench onto the driver's side sensor). When you install the new ones, put a dab of motor oil on the threads so that they're easier to remove later.
